Our primary speakers are from Clear Path New England, who provides support through a wellness-based Veterans' Community Center to bolster those who served, with a particular emphasis on reconnecting Veterans to their communities upon their return home. By reducing barriers, Clear Path NE will connect Veterans and their families to both existing and new programs.

Clear Path NE's Veteran Center will encompass the six dimensions of wellness (adopted from the National Wellness Institute) and incorporate programs that enhance them. They are: social, emotional, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and physical wellness.

Mr. Scott Bulger is the president and founder of CP4VNE and has a strong passion to serve our nation’s veterans and military service members.Since 2011, Bulger has been an advisor and board member for Warrior Thunder Foundation. In addition to Warrior Thunder, Bulger is an avid golfer and actively involved as an ambassador for Fairways for Freedom, a golf program for wounded veterans. When he’s not serving our nation’s heroes, Bulger sits on the advisory council for several insurance companies. As President, Northeast Insurance Agency, which he co-founded in 1989, he leads his employees in active community service including initiatives that support veterans.
Vice President of CP4VNE Donna Bulger came to our organization with a vast amount of knowledge in workforce development, financial management, organizational strategy and business development. She gained her experience as a top executive at Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center. There, she served the U.S. Army gaining military exposure and sharpening her skill set.

Bonus Speaker: A representative from the Needham Club will present information about a solar energy project that they are sponsoring in India.
