Food Drive January 10-17: Rotary Newton will be organizing a food pantry drive in conjunction with our City's Martin Luther King, Jr Day celebration. There will be collection boxes located at all Village Bank locations, the Scandinavian Living Center and at Newton City Hall. Volunteers needed to:
- Collect the donated food from all Village Bank locations and from Scandinavian Living Center and bring to the War Memorial at City Hall at 11:30 on Tuesday, January 18.
- Help sort through the donations and divide / pack between the three pantries.
- Deliver to Arabic Baptist Church on Tuesday.
- Deliver to Newton Food Pantry (in City Hall) on Tuesday.
- Deliver to Centre Street Food Pantry on Wednesday at 10:00 am (will need to keep the donated food in your car overnight).

MLK Virtual Celebration Monday, January 17th at 9:30am: Be sure to join in this wonderful event. It is always beautiful and moving. Program theme is inspired by MLK Jr's. final work "Where Do We Go From Here: Community or Chaos". Click HERE to register (required).
