7:30 - 8:00 am: Arrive, unstructured networking, reconnect - pre-meeting chit-chat for early arrivals (and coffee!)
8:00 am: Seating, order breakfast (self-pay, separate checks).
8:10 am: Welcome, introductions, and brief business introductions ("commercial," "elevator pitch" or personal statement).
8:30 am: Rotary Mastermind session.
There's a ton of business experience around the table, so the gathered group can be your "Business Advisory Board." You can ask questions and seek guidance about questions and challenges you're trying to address in business. In recent months, the group has taken on these questions:
• How do I get started in my brand new business? What should I do first, and second?
• How do I correct a prospect's misconception about what I do?
• How do I make networking and referral partnerships more productive?
• What's the right balance of talking and listening in business development and sales conversations?
Your assignment: Come with one question for the group!
